Credit Team Lead

Location: On-site at the Toronto Branch in Milton, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 50–55 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential

What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of Credit Analysts through onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor customer interactions, track results, and provide feedback to improve service and team success.
• Collaborate with Collections and Sales to resolve customer account issues.
• Evaluate orders stopped for credit review and perform in-depth financial analysis.
• Communicate findings to support informed business decisions and oversee special Credit team projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in a Credit or Collections leadership position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the Milton, Ontario branch.

Nice to have

• Credit designation such as CCP.
• Call-centre or queue-driven B2B experience.
