CRM Specialist

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Monday to Friday during AU/NZ business hours, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time.

Salary: PHP 50,000–PHP 100,000 per month, depending on experience and technical depth.

What you will do

• Lead CRM setup, configuration, optimization, pipeline design, lifecycle stages, segmentation, and contact data architecture across client accounts.
• Maintain data hygiene and connect CRM systems with marketing, advertising, and analytics platforms.
• Build and manage email campaigns from briefing and template development through deployment.
• Plan campaign calendars and monitor performance across multiple client accounts.
• Design, deploy, test, and improve lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and trigger-based workflows.
• Build client-facing dashboards and performance reports with clear strategic recommendations and automated reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience building CRMs, campaigns, and marketing automations.
• Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with Pipedrive preferred, or GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
• Strong knowledge of automation logic, segmentation, email campaign management, reporting dashboards, and communicating results to clients.
• Required portfolio demonstrating CRM, campaign, and automation work.
• Ability to ask questions, flag blockers early, manage competing priorities, and work AU/NZ business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Exposure to AI agent development or broader workflow automation.
