Marketing Lead (B2B Enterprise Solution)

Location: Metro Manila Skyway, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines; remote/hybrid arrangement with work-from-home 4 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a small team of junior marketers across social media, content, newsletters, and other marketing activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive high-quality inbound prospect generation and support lead and meeting targets.
• Implement marketing automation and optimize lead nurturing and handoff processes.
• Collaborate with creative, performance marketing, and sales leadership teams to align campaigns with customer journey and sales goals.
• Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and optimize resource allocation for ROI.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or an agency.
• Proven success developing marketing strategies that generate inbound leads and support sales targets.
• Expertise in content marketing, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring a marketing team.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a data-driven approach.
