AVP, Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (AI & Cloud Platforms)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack financial technology applications.
• Build front-end interfaces with React, Angular, or Vue and back-end services with Java, Python, or C#.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with product owners, business analysts, and developers to define requirements, technical solutions, and estimates.
• Write testable, documented code, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive full-stack software development experience.
• Experience with a modern front-end framework and HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Java, Python, or C# and a relevant framework such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, Django, or Flask.
• Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases, including schema design, querying, and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Figma and AI copilots such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Antigravity.
