Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: United States - Remote; remote and in-person collaboration with hubs in Austin, NYC, and the Bay Area.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD annually; full compensation depends on experience and certifications.

What you will do

• Architect, implement, and maintain critical components of user-facing applications.
• Design and build internal tooling that accelerates existing and new initiatives.
• Improve UX by implementing secure, optimized, responsive, and visually appealing applications.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to improve the technology stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Proven full-stack engineering expertise and experience creating and maintaining complex consumer-facing products from 0 to 1.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and in server-side languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience designing microservice architectures and API models.
• Experience leading team initiatives.
• Ability to think strategically and align design goals with key objectives and priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Strong experience with cloud services and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience building training and inference pipelines supporting ML models.
• Startup experience.
