Founding Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA; candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the United States.

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 per year, plus early-stage equity.

hirify.global is an early-stage healthtech SaaS company building an enterprise platform that helps large healthcare organizations measure, manage, and prove the ROI of nursing excellence programs.

What you will do

• Own architecture and implementation across four integrated product areas.
• Design data models for complex multi-hospital and multi-unit organizational structures.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for document authoring, evidence organization, and retrieval.
• Implement enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integrations.
• Translate customer conversations and clinical domain knowledge into shipped product features.
• Define CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and architectural standards while collaborating with product and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and delivering production SaaS products with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Backend design experience with multi-tenant, workflow-heavy applications.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise authentication, including SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integrations.
• Experience owning architecture and execution in an early-stage startup and defining CI/CD and testing strategies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted writing, evidence organization, or document retrieval workflows.
• Familiarity with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, or AWS S3.
• Experience modeling multi-hospital or multi-unit organizational structures.
• Background in healthcare, clinical workflows, or regulated industries.
