Settlements & Client Services Manager (Mortgage Settlements)

Location: Remote from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with Australian hours and AU holidays.

Salary: PHP 75,000–90,000 per month.

What you will do

• Manage the mortgage pipeline from approval through settlement.
• Prepare and issue approval and offer letters.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, and brokers.
• Track outstanding conditions, follow up proactively, and remove blockers.
• Manage quarterly pricing and repricing requests.
• Ensure documents are complete and compliant, maintain accurate Mercury CRM updates, and support client status communication.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Australian mortgage processing or settlements.
• Experience managing deals from post-approval through settlement.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, settlement processes, and lender communication workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Connective is required.
• Mercury CRM experience is preferred.
• Strong organisation, proactive follow-up, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with pricing, retention, or repricing requests.
• Exposure to high-volume broker environments.
