PLM Solution Architect (PLM)

Location: Remote, Andover, Massachusetts; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Travel up to 50% is required, primarily regionally.

Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead technical implementation teams through the planning, design, construction, and transition of hirify.global Innovator solutions.
• Facilitate customer workshops, build stakeholder consensus, and align technology delivery with business value.
• Design conceptual end-to-end solution architectures using standard and custom applications.
• Lead requirements, use case, functional specification, proposal, and statement-of-work development.
• Deliver or support proof-of-concept engagements and provide methodology and tooling input.
• Assign work, review deliverables, and coach technical teams across onsite and offshore locations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of PLM deployment experience, including leading large enterprise PLM software deployments in a consultant or architect role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise application deployment methodologies and leading Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong data modeling, SQL Server installation and configuration, Transact-SQL scripting, triggers, stored procedures, and functions.
• Proficiency with C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and XSL, plus experience with legacy-system data migration.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, planning, and customer relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, consumer products, high-tech electronics, aerospace, or shipbuilding.
• Knowledge of engineering change processes, phase-gate project management, quality systems, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, manufacturing process planning, or CMII change management.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Visual Studio Team Services.
