What you will do
- Lead and support a team of Accounts Payable Specialists through regular feedback, guidance, and mentoring.
- Complete month-end accounting processes, including invoice reporting and account reconciliations.
- Interview candidates and recommend new hires for the Accounts Payable team.
- Review and audit recurring reports, general ledger accounts, and account descriptions for accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- All positions are on-site.
- New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
