TL;DR
Executive-Account Payable (Accounting/Finance): Managing payment reconciliation, daily payments, VAT input records, inter-company billings, and monthly closing with an accent on general ledger reconciliation, P&L analysis, and audit support. Focus on maintaining accurate accounts payable records, preparing financial information, and completing month-end accounting tasks efficiently.
Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China; onsite, full-time

What you will do
- Reconcile payment statements from service providers weekly or monthly.
- Prepare daily payments and record VAT input and VAT input transfers out.
- Receive and process inter-company billings.
- Prepare monthly closing, reconcile general ledger accounts, and perform P&L analysis.
- Support internal and external audits and assist with the annual fixed assets count.
- Complete additional accounting tasks required by business needs.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification in accounting.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good Excel skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Team-oriented, willing to learn, hardworking, self-driven, and efficient.
- Willingness to work overtime during month-end periods.
Nice to have
- ACCA, CPA, or Intermediate Accounting Certificate.
