Fleet Assistant (Sentul)

Location: On-site in Selangor, Malaysia

Salary: RM2,050–RM2,300 per month

What you will do

• Support daily fleet operations and monitor driver activity.
• Improve operational processes and delivery performance metrics.
• Analyze fleet utilization and plan routes with management and the algorithms team.
• Support local fleet planning, prioritization, and flexible capacity growth.
• Develop analytics models, gather transportation data, and improve visibility across parcel operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational software, including operator and driver applications.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; formal experience is not required.
• Ability to apply logic-driven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to gather data, interpret findings, and develop process improvements.
