Marketing Campaign Specialist (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and other platforms.
• Align campaign strategies with business objectives and target audience insights.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, sales, product, and other stakeholders to create content and support lead generation.
• Track KPIs including click-through rate, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize performance.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities for new channels and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and creative skills.
• Reliable remote-work setup: primary internet of at least 15 Mbps, backup internet of at least 10 Mbps, backup device, webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO and PPC strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
