Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; UK business hours required.

Salary: PHP 50,000–70,000 per month, flexible for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Plan, create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
• Manage social media accounts, content calendars, email campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
• Develop SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and traffic.
• Track website traffic, campaign performance, and key metrics to guide marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing materials and manage paid advertising campaigns.
• Create and design user-friendly, visually appealing websites aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Experience working with Australian or New Zealand clients, companies, or agencies is required.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms.
• A portfolio is required. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are also expected.

Nice to have

• Content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design experience.
• Basic image editing skills with Canva or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with website performance and UX best practices.
