What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and business outcomes.
  • Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams on high-converting creatives and landing pages.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Proven track record of improving ROI through paid advertising.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report campaign performance.
