GTM Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Warsaw

What you will do

• Build and run automated outbound motions including sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and CRM synchronization.
• Own the CRM system (Attio) by managing data models, pipelines, and automated stage transitions.
• Ship internal tools and automations using AI coding tools to integrate various SaaS platforms.
• Ensure partner and placement data flows correctly between systems to enable accurate attribution.
• Convert recurring manual team tasks into automated production-grade workflows.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Warsaw.
• Proven experience building and operating outbound stacks at volume with a focus on deliverability and enrichment.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience wiring multiple SaaS tools via APIs and webhooks.
• Deep experience managing CRM systems as a technical stack rather than just a UI configuration.
• Ability to demonstrate real tools built solo using AI coding assistants.
• Experience measuring work outcomes and optimizing for conversion metrics.
