GTM Integration Engineer

Location: Remote from Boston, London, Amsterdam, or Stockholm

hirify.global operates a B2B marketplace that connects jewellery retailers and gemstone suppliers with global diamond and gemstone supply.

What you will do

• Translate GTM stakeholder requests into clear technical requirements and implementation approaches.
• Build integrations, customer and prospect event flows, automations, and GTM Engine changes using APIs, webhooks, queues, scheduled workflows, or small services.
• Choose between building, buying, or configuring solutions, prioritizing native platform capabilities where appropriate.
• Develop production-ready systems with duplicate handling, retries, failure-path testing, monitoring, and recovery procedures.
• Deploy and support integrations through version control, code review, troubleshooting, and safe release practices.
• Integrate Salesforce and other business platforms while ensuring the required data is available for performance measurement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software, systems, or integration engineering.
• Experience shipping integrations or services using APIs, webhooks, or event-driven systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, plus working SQL, Git, and code review experience.
• Experience integrating CRM, payments, finance, marketing, or operations platforms.
• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders, clarify unclear requests, and design production-ready solutions.
• Professional English is required for communication and application materials.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplaces or businesses selling to small companies at scale.
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Workato, or another iPaaS or workflow tool.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Customer.io, Gong, Clay, or similar GTM systems.
• Experience with cloud runtimes, CI/CD, observability, or production support.
