Location: United States. Hub locations are Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; and Tempe, Arizona. Candidates outside the hubs may be considered for 100% remote work based on their current residence or location; candidates in or near the hubs should work in a hybrid arrangement.
Salary: $100,000–$125,000 yearly, with potential yearly incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary. Regional ranges may be higher: $110,000–$137,500 in Colorado, Hawaii, and Washington State, and $125,000–$156,250 in California, New York, and Connecticut.

What you will do
- Build, test, maintain, and improve web pages, content modules, templates, and digital marketing experiences.
- Implement Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS updates based on design, content, and technical requirements.
- Implement technical SEO, including metadata, redirects, canonical tags, internal linking, structured data, and crawl/indexing fixes.
- Improve site speed, accessibility, responsive behavior, cross-browser compatibility, and user experience.
- Support analytics tagging, event tracking, data-layer validation, release QA, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, copywriting, UX/design, analytics, brand, technology, and engineering partners while documenting reusable components and development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, information technology, digital media, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional web development experience supporting websites, CMS platforms, or digital marketing experiences.
- Professional experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal, or a similar platform.
- Understanding of responsive development, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, web performance, technical SEO, and analytics measurement.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, perform QA, validate releases, and document technical changes.
- Must be eligible to lawfully work in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager components, templates, content fragments, or experience fragments.
- Experience with Core Web Vitals, page-speed improvements, structured data, accessibility remediation, or enterprise CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, GA4, web QA tools, crawling tools, or accessibility and performance testing tools.
- Experience with design systems, reusable components, Agile, Jira, release management, or highly governed enterprise environments.
