Sitecore CMS Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and Content Hub.
• Develop backend functionality with C#/.NET and Sitecore APIs.
• Implement headless experiences, content models, integrations, and modern composable patterns.
• Perform platform upgrades and migrate legacy Sitecore implementations.
• Support CI/CD deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Balance technical implementation with editor and marketer needs while managing stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of Sitecore development experience and 6+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET, Sitecore APIs, and Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud.
• Experience with JSS or Next.js, modern JavaScript, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; new H-1B visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Sitecore Certified Developer credentials.
• Experience with XM Cloud migrations and Sitecore Content Hub, CDP, or Personalize.
• Experience with multi-brand or multi-region deployments.
• Sitecore OrderCloud commerce integration experience.
