Clinical Application Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote, home-based in the southern California region; overnight travel of 60% or more required

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials

What you will do

• Provide clinical education, customer support, and training for new and existing hirify.global users.
• Coordinate and deliver onsite and virtual customer training with local sales teams.
• Explain the clinical and economic value of the technology to healthcare providers.
• Participate in product evaluations and installations.
• Deliver hands-on training covering product use, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimal bedside application.
• Support new-hire and ongoing sales training, as well as clinical presentations for professional societies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent education and experience.
• Current RRT license required.
• Ability to understand new product enhancements and training materials quickly.
• Availability for overnight travel of 60% or more and flexible working hours.
• Covid-19 vaccination and any vaccinations required for vendor credentialing.

Nice to have

• Experience training or educating healthcare professionals.
• Medical device industry experience in a Clinical Specialist role.
