What you will do

• Lead consulting engagements and assist with implementation of sterile processing programs and contracts.
• Serve as the onsite expert for sterile processing and surgical instrumentation collaborating with sales and operations teams.
• Evaluate and inspect surgical instruments and sterile container systems to ensure quality and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with operating room personnel and leadership up to C-level executives.
• Manage complex projects independently and provide clear, influential presentations and recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Must reside in or near West Coast or mid-America regions including Texas, Colorado, and nearby states.
• BA or BS preferred or minimum 8 years healthcare industry experience.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or equivalent experience required.
• 4-6 years experience in peri-operative services or healthcare sterile processing preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 70% domestically by air and car; valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Must comply with healthcare customer vaccination and vendor credentialing requirements including COVID-19 and influenza.

Nice to have

• Certification in LEAN Management or Six Sigma.
• Experience with regulatory bodies such as AAMI, AORN, JCAHO, CMS, OSHA.
