VP, Investment AI Engineer (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with on-site attendance in the Boston office 3 days per week

Base salary: $225,000–$275,000 per year, plus potential discretionary incentive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate agentic AI solutions that accelerate investment processes.
• Develop investment-specific skills, sub-agents, and workflows for research and portfolio management.
• Partner with Technology to evolve production-grade enterprise AI capabilities.
• Translate investment and research intent into clear, achievable technical specifications.
• Create high-quality merge requests that integrate cleanly into existing production systems.
• Build safe, repeatable human-in-the-loop automation that preserves investment judgment and accountability.

Requirements

• Senior, execution-focused experience building AI solutions for investment workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with quantitative researchers, portfolio managers, and Technology teams.
• Ability to convert abstract investment and research requirements into implementable specifications.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems.
