Salary: $125,000–$205,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do
- Design enterprise-scale AI architectures for complex, multidimensional financial and alternative data.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines for structured market data, unstructured documents, and real-time feeds.
- Develop NLP systems to extract and validate metrics from documents, reports, and regulatory filings.
- Apply LLMs, computer vision, deep learning, semantic search, and RAG to financial analytics use cases.
- Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, research, and domain teams while providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
- Expertise in deploying and optimizing large language models and multi-agent architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI infrastructure, including Azure or GCP, and distributed inference pipelines.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Langflow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering, model evaluation, MLOps, observability, and CI/CD.
- Experience with conversational AI, dialog management, human-in-the-loop design, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Demonstrated experience establishing engineering standards and mentoring AI or engineering teams.
