Client Service Associate 2 (Education)

Location: Remote; must be located in Florida, United States. Up to 25% travel is required.

Salary: $62,200–$81,900 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients and respond to inquiries within contracted timelines.
• Review, troubleshoot, route, escalate, and resolve support tickets while monitoring priorities and closure.
• Build client relationships focused on retention, satisfaction, transparency, and program goals.
• Learn and apply education and Medicaid School-Based program policies and procedures.
• Create and update training materials, user guides, scripts, and operating procedures.
• Partner with internal teams to identify client needs, improve systems, and advance business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of similar work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Research, data analysis, project management, documentation, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences, including individuals with disabilities.
• Must be located in Florida; up to 25% travel required.
