AVP, Third Party Risk Management: Nth Party & Real Time Management (Fintech)

Salary: $104,957–$174,997 base salary annually

What you will do

• Develop and sustain scalable nth-party risk capabilities covering subcontractor relationships and offshore activities.
• Design solutions to inventory, document, monitor, assess, and escalate risks across extended supply chains.
• Establish standards, methodologies, and processes for evaluating subcontractors and jurisdictional risks.
• Oversee supplier risk intelligence and real-time monitoring programs using platforms such as Black Kite, Dun & Bradstreet, Moody’s, and OneTrust.
• Provide transparent reporting on risks, issues, initiatives, and potential business impacts while supporting governance, audits, and regulatory examinations.
• Lead and mentor TPRM professionals and conduct exercises addressing emerging outsourced-provider threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in third-party risk management, vendor management, or enterprise risk, preferably in financial services or another regulated industry.
• 5+ years of direct people-management experience leading teams in complex organizations.
• Experience with risk monitoring platforms, including Black Kite, Moody’s, Dun & Bradstreet, or OneTrust.
• Knowledge of third-party risk frameworks, supply chain risk, information security practices, regulatory requirements, and control environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CTPRP, CTPRA, CVMP, or CRVPM are highly preferred.
