Senior Consultant, Third Party Risk Management

Salary: $95,600–$162,400 USD annually, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.

What you will do

• Own the holistic third-party relationship view across engagements and business units, including performance, risk posture, and concentration exposure.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain contractual risk, compliance, and resiliency provisions.
• Coordinate third-party risk assessments, periodic reviews, issue identification, mitigation, remediation, and control documentation.
• Prepare senior management and committee reporting on SLAs, material issues, concentration risk, exit strategies, and remediation progress.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across projects and portfolios while supporting third-party lifecycle execution.
• Use dashboards, KRIs, and operational data analytics to identify insights and recommend actions for management decision-making.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Risk, Finance, or another appropriate field, or 10 years of third-party risk management experience at a regulated financial institution.
• 10 years of experience as a third-party relationship manager for large, complex service providers spanning multiple lines of business.
• Hands-on experience working with vendors or clients in large financial institutions and vendor management oversight practices.
• Strong understanding of third-party regulatory requirements, risk treatment, structured problem solving, and business case development.
• Strong project management, prioritization, communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills in a complex matrixed environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Data visualization experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
