Assistant Facilities Manager

Location: On-site at the Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

What you will do

• Supervise maintenance, security, grounds, and custodial teams.
• Assign and coordinate work across carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and security.
• Inspect buildings, sites, and equipment and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee contracted services.
• Maintain work orders, staffing reports, audits, and other records for management review.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, landscaping, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Ability to assist with maintenance work.
• Availability for after-hours and weekend on-call services.
• All positions are on-site.
