Facilities Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States; ability to travel to out-of-state locations is required.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on walls, roofs, doors, flooring, plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and playgrounds.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor grounds, including sweeping, pressure washing, and dumpster enclosure cleaning.
• Complete reactive work orders across multiple locations.
• Manage inventory and distribute supplies, parts, literature, and consumables.
• Move and assemble furniture, perform installations, support event setup, and label safety and building fixtures.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, walk, and climb ladders.
• Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and on roofs for HVAC work.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization, clear communication, and the ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Ability to use technology, prioritize tasks, plan ahead, and travel to out-of-state locations.
