hirify.global is a product company transforming electronics design and manufacturing with its digital platforms.

Overview

Lead direct sales execution for hirify.global Develop.X SaaS products in China, focusing on user adoption, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and renewals. Drive GTM strategy and collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to meet customer needs.

What you will do

  • Lead sales team performance and optimize sales processes and tools.
  • Execute GTM strategy for SaaS products in China, including market positioning and pricing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine GTM tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop campaigns and prioritize product features.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • 10+ years experience in SaaS GTM, sales leadership, or business development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
  • Expertise in SaaS sales models, CRM systems, and data analytics tools
  • Results-driven with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in industrial software companies
