What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain agentic systems that automate multi-step workflows in healthcare, legal, fintech, logistics, and compliance.
• Own production RAG pipelines and retrieval infrastructure, including vector databases, embeddings, and indexing.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and reasoning components.
• Develop evaluation and safety infrastructure to measure model performance, detect regressions, and support enterprise reliability.
• Ship full-stack AI products from MVP to production, including APIs, data models, frontend and backend code, CI/CD, monitoring, and testing.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and design to prioritize work, define success metrics, and iterate on user feedback and telemetry.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of software engineering experience with shipped user-facing or backend products.
• Production experience deploying LLMs or LLM-based services, including prompt design, orchestration, and tool integration.
• Proficiency with Python and TypeScript/React or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with AWS or GCP, relational or NoSQL databases, APIs, high-throughput systems, and real-time product features.
• Working knowledge of RAG patterns, vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, automated testing, evaluations, and AI-system monitoring.
• Strong ownership of features from data modeling through deployment and monitoring.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Temporal, or Trigger.
• Experience with multi-tenant or enterprise-ready systems or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with fine-tuning, parameter-efficient tuning, or multimodal model integration.
