What you will do

• Source and identify RFI, RFP, and RFQ opportunities in government and commercial sectors.
• Lead the full proposal lifecycle from solicitation analysis through final submission.
• Coordinate recruiters, account managers, executives, Business Development, and Capture Managers.
• Develop candidate profiles, skills gap analyses, staffing plans, and transition plans with recruitment teams.
• Write and edit executive summaries, past performance citations, management approaches, and other non-technical sections.
• Create compliance matrices, address evaluation factors, and develop consistent win themes while meeting submission deadlines and SLAs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proposal management and proposal sourcing or identification experience within the IT Staffing industry.
• Exceptional technical writing and editing skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive narratives.
