Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines, working AU Time and observing AU holidays

What you will do
- Prepare and coordinate architectural documentation through Design Development, Tender, Construction Certificate, and Construction phases.
- Produce working drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation packages using Revit.
- Coordinate architectural documentation with consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure documentation complies with the NCC, Australian Standards, SEPPs, LEPs, and NSW planning regulations.
- Resolve technical and design coordination issues, including construction-stage RFIs, revisions, and project updates.
- Manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, documentation quality, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of architectural project delivery experience, preferably in NSW multi-residential, mixed-use, or seniors living developments.
- Experience coordinating technical documentation across DD, Tender, CC, and Construction stages.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards, SEPPs, LEPs, and NSW planning regulations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Experience in seniors living or residential aged care projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
