Product Manager (Telecom)

hirify.global is recruiting for a multinational telecommunications technology company developing digital products and customer experiences.

What you will do

• Develop digital product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate market needs into actionable plans.
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams on product development and launches.
• Oversee product planning, execution, delivery, and benefit realization from ideation through launch.
• Use KPIs, user feedback, and market trends to guide decisions, monitor performance, and evaluate ROI.
• Improve product quality, speed, latency, and customer experience across broadband, Wi-Fi, connected home, or ad tech products.
• Investigate persistent issues, identify root causes, reduce escalations, and support business analysis and requirements gathering.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Familiarity with broadband technologies including DOCSIS and fiber, as well as Wi-Fi.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
• Strong data interpretation, KPI analysis, and data-driven strategy development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes, map current and future states, and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
