Product Manager (UCaas and VOIP)

Location: Remote within the United States, limited to AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, or UT.

What you will do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Business Voice products from concept through retirement.
• Own the roadmap and coordinate product design, development, and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate new product ideas and enhancements based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Analyze customer experience, conduct experiments, and recommend improvements that increase product adoption.
• Partner with Business Sales to understand customer pain points and translate them into product enhancements.
• Research the competitive landscape and identify required products and features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product development.
• Required experience with voice communication technologies and services.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and regulatory frameworks, including ILEC, CLEC, and VoIP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
