Senior Manager ServiceNow Platform (ServiceNow)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; hybrid schedule with onsite presence required four days per week and one remote day per week.

What you will do

• Own the ServiceNow platform vision, product strategy, roadmap, demand intake, governance, and prioritization.
• Lead product owners, analysts, developers, and strategic partners across ServiceNow process areas.
• Partner with architects and process owners to evaluate technical feasibility, upgrade safety, and out-of-box alignment.
• Manage release cadence, upgrade governance, rollout readiness, UAT, go-live approvals, training coordination, and change management.
• Report platform health, roadmap progress, KPIs, SLA compliance, adoption, resources, and risks to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, vendors, implementation partners, and ServiceNow account teams.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, service mapping, HRSD, enterprise workflow automation, governance, and administration.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• 7+ years of experience in IT, enterprise applications, digital product management, or ServiceNow.
• 5+ years administering, implementing, or leading ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, ITAM, or related workflows.
• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner, or equivalent leader, including cross-functional and vendor management experience.
• Strong Agile, Scrum, product management, program management, roadmap planning, business case, investment management, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• ITIL Managing Professional certification or PMP.
