Marketing & Events Lead (AI/ML)

hirify.global is an early-stage technical company building RL training infrastructure for AI/ML applications.

What you will do

• Own and execute the marketing strategy and content calendar across channels.
• Lead the company presence on Twitter/X and LinkedIn to grow engagement and inbound interest.
• Ghostwrite content for founders covering product vision, technical insights, and platform wins.
• Translate complex RL training infrastructure concepts into clear narratives for technical audiences.
• Develop brand voice, positioning, and storytelling, while experimenting with content formats and optimizing performance.
• Identify, plan, and execute conferences, hackathons, meetups, and community events that generate brand momentum and pipeline.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in marketing, content, or community roles at startups.
• Demonstrated success growing social accounts or company branding, supported by a strong technical writing portfolio.
• Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives at early-stage companies.
• Hands-on experience planning and running events, meetups, or community programs end-to-end.
• Background in marketing AI/ML, developer tools, or technical platforms, with familiarity with analytics tools and growth strategies.
• Strong network in RL research, RL engineering, or broader technical startup communities; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
