Management Consultant (AI Training & Evaluation)

Location: Remote, global; candidates must currently be based in an English-speaking country

Hourly rate: $200–$280 per hour

What you will do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems.
• Assess the quality, structure, and completeness of model reasoning.
• Identify analytical gaps, weak assumptions, and unsupported conclusions.
• Write high-quality prompts and realistic consulting scenarios.
• Develop model answers and reference solutions using structured consulting frameworks.
• Provide detailed written feedback and adapt to evolving evaluation standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience at a top management consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, or a comparable firm.
• Recent consulting experience within the last seven years.
• Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Strong structured problem-solving and business analysis experience.
• Ability to evaluate complex business problems and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent written English and current residence in an English-speaking country.
