TL;DR
Senior Salesforce Consultant (Salesforce): Supporting Salesforce consulting, managed services, and customer onboarding for CRM and BI solutions with an accent on business analysis, requirements documentation, and CRM process discipline. Focus on translating customer needs into user stories and delivery tasks, validating data migrations and configurations, and performing manual QA and UAT.
Location: Remote, based in Manila, Philippines
What you will do
- Support Salesforce consulting and managed services engagements.
- Lead customer discovery by identifying business processes, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and solution notes for developers and AI agents.
- Support CRM and BI onboarding, including data migration validation, configuration checks, user training, and documentation.
- Perform structured manual QA and support UAT preparation and execution.
- Prepare release notes, customer-facing documentation, and training materials.
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce background, including Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
- Strong business analysis capability and experience working directly with customers.
- Ability to run discovery sessions and document requirements clearly and commercially.
- Strong understanding of sales, service, customer onboarding, and CRM processes.
- Ability to perform structured manual QA testing and maintain strong data quality awareness.
- Strong written and verbal English communication; comfortable working remotely from the Philippines.
