Salesforce Technical Architect (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs.
• Lead complex implementations involving custom development, system integrations, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, development teams, and clients to define requirements and support delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, security, reliability, and compliance.
• Document solution designs, coding standards, project plans, and technical decisions.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related applications.
• Strong experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and related development technologies.
• Experience designing data models and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
• Experience working in the healthcare domain.
• Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
