Salesforce Technical Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Remote-first within Brazil, with the option to work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

What you will do

• Lead the technical direction, roadmap, delivery, and evolution of Salesforce for the Classifieds business across Latin America.
• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, integrations, and enterprise APIs while respecting platform limits.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and analysts and establish code review and engineering standards.
• Champion Git-based development, CI/CD, automated testing, structured releases, and technical debt reduction.
• Partner with Product and Business Operations to assess feasibility, scope initiatives, resolve blockers, and ensure reliable execution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, external consulting partners, and technology vendors while maintaining platform governance and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, integrations and APIs, data modeling, security and sharing architecture, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience leading Salesforce technical teams or multidisciplinary Salesforce teams.
• Ability to guide and challenge architecture and engineering decisions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and Salesforce development best practices.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Experience working with external consulting partners and technology vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to balance business priorities, delivery commitments, and long-term technical sustainability.
• Experience operating across multiple teams, integrations, and business domains.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish is required. English proficiency is required for collaboration in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, or Administrator.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Experience supporting Salesforce platforms across multiple countries or business units.
• Previous experience managing distributed or multicultural teams.
