Salesforce Solution Architect (Client Facing)

What you will do

• Advise enterprise clients and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture discussions.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce architectures.
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, estimates, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Guide delivery teams on architecture and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Consulting and pre-sales experience, including executive-level presentations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced or fluent English is required; all communication is conducted in English.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Einstein AI.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with global enterprise clients.
