Bilingual Relationship Banker Business Specialist

Location: In-office at 4900 W. 87th St, Burbank, IL 60459, United States

Base salary: $57,750–$96,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships for businesses with under $2MM in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and create referrals to partner teams.
• Manage relationships and deliver tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Collaborate with branch managers, business bankers, mortgage, wealth management, and private banking partners.
• Build client loyalty through lobby engagement, technology education, responsive service, and problem resolution.
• Follow banking policies, manage risk, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of background checks required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Must work in the Burbank, Illinois office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
