Senior Software Developer (Java)

Location: On-site at the corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States.

Salary: $96,000–$148,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust Java applications for business needs.
• Conduct code reviews and optimize application performance and responsiveness.
• Participate in architecture reviews and project planning.
• Guide and mentor fellow developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to support consistent processes and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant programming education and experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Java full-stack development experience with enterprise solutions.
• Strong experience with the Spring framework, REST web services, microservices, Git, JPA, SQL, JSON, SOAP, and XML.
• Working knowledge of caching, service discovery, CI/CD tools, code versioning, and Agile methodologies.
• All positions are on-site.
