What you will do
- Architect and lead Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Guide engineering teams on software design, testing, DevOps, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Build event-driven systems with Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, and messaging frameworks.
- Lead monolith-to-microservices modernization, legacy integrations, and internal platform initiatives.
- Drive CI/CD, automated testing, observability, secure coding, performance optimization, and production readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional Java development experience, including enterprise-scale microservices.
- 5+ years of cloud platform experience, including architecture and deployment; AWS is preferred.
- Professional experience with Spring Boot, GraphQL, Node.js, event-driven architecture, Kafka, and Apache Camel.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, service meshes, API gateways, OAuth2/SAML, CI/CD, observability, and distributed tracing.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications systems, including identity, billing, device management, and network equipment management, plus excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to have
- Full-stack development experience with React or Angular for internal tooling.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience in cloud-native tool development and internal platform engineering.
