What you will do

• Design and build new features for the programmatic digital out-of-home advertising platform.
• Develop and integrate event-driven Java microservices across the platform.
• Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and product owners on requirements and implementation decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and observable code, participating in code reviews.
• Deploy services to production, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain production infrastructure.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions while balancing platform improvements and business feature requests.

Requirements

• Strong experience with modern Java, ideally Java 21, Spring Boot, and relational databases.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and publish-subscribe systems such as Kafka or AWS SNS/SQS.
• Ability to write well-tested, maintainable, and observable code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Terraform, and cloud-based environments.
• Experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn additional languages and technologies.
