Senior Joinery Programmer (IMOS / Commercial Joinery)

Location: Remote from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours follow AU business hours and AU holidays.

Salary: Php 180,000 per month; final compensation depends on the client’s assessment of skills and experience.

What you will do

• Prepare shop drawings, Bills of Materials, cutting lists, CNC programs, beam saw files, edge bander files, and machining documentation.
• Use IMOS to convert approved design and architectural drawings into production-ready manufacturing programs.
• Revise programs and documentation following approved design changes.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to support project execution.
• Maintain accurate project data in ERP and manufacturing software systems.
• Verify documentation accuracy and resolve programming issues before production.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Joinery Programmer, Joinery Detailer, Cabinetry Programmer, or in a similar commercial joinery or cabinetry manufacturing role.
• Hands-on professional experience with IMOS (Homag) and Microvellum.
• Strong understanding of commercial joinery manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Experience producing shop drawings, Bills of Materials, cutting lists, CNC programs, and production work orders.
• Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, organization, communication, and independent working ability.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Innergy or similar manufacturing software.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery and automated manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting commercial fit-out or custom joinery projects.
