Senior SEO Leadership Role (AI)

Location: On-site in Vienna, Austria

Salary: €65,000–€100,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across international markets, starting with DACH.
• Define page structure and website architecture with website and engineering teams.
• Lead keyword research for traditional search engines and AI-generated results.
• Commission or write optimized content to achieve and maintain high rankings.
• Manage a monthly SEO budget of €20,000–€30,000 and oversee external agencies when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience building SEO at significant scale in a dedicated, full-time SEO role with measurable results.
• Strong international SEO expertise and experience approaching markets beyond the home region.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar CMS and website-building platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create compelling, optimized content.
• Experience managing external agencies while retaining strategic ownership, plus familiarity with AI search.
