DACH Marketing Manager (Neurovascular)

Location: Remote across the DACH region, with Mollsfeld, Meerbusch, Germany listed as the location. Approximately 50% travel within Germany, Austria, Switzerland and internationally. Full measles immunization is required due to a facility-based immunization requirement.

Salary: Austria: €89,440–€134,160 annually; Germany: €94,400–€141,600 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the DACH Neurovascular marketing and market development strategy in alignment with Western European and global objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop Product and Market Development Specialists.
• Manage annual strategic planning, budgets, resource allocation and performance management.
• Translate customer, market and competitive insights into growth priorities and commercial execution.
• Drive therapy awareness, adoption and market development across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Education, Market Access, Clinical Research, Health Economics, Finance, Legal and Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in MedTech, healthcare, HCP engagement, marketing, market development or business transformation.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing or market development strategies.
• Experience leading teams, developing talent and driving transformation across regional or multi-country environments.
• Strong commercial, strategic, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; willingness to travel approximately 50% within DACH and internationally.
