Salary: Starting at €70,000 gross per year

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the new Firebird product, including positioning, messaging, and channel mix.
- Collaborate with product teams to design and ship referral, invite, and sharing loops to drive organic growth.
- Build and optimize CRM campaigns across push, email, and in-app channels to improve customer retention.
- Establish mobile attribution and reporting frameworks to measure and scale paid user acquisition effectively.
- Define and track key growth metrics across the full funnel, from acquisition to monetization.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in growth, performance, or product marketing at a consumer app or mobile-first startup.
- Proven track record of launching apps or features and growing a user base from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with paid UA (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads) and budget ownership.
- Solid grasp of mobile attribution tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Experience owning CRM tooling end-to-end (Braze, OneSignal, Klaviyo).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in funnel modeling and growth dashboards.
Nice to have
- Experience as the first or only marketing hire at a startup.
- Familiarity with ASO and organic growth channels like SEO or influencer marketing.
- Experience in consumer apps within the photo, memory, or social space.
- Design sensibility for providing creative direction.
