TL;DR
Senior Business Analyst (CLM): Implementing Contract Lifecycle Management solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing contract processes, configuring workflows, and supporting deployment with an accent on process optimization, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on designing future-state workflows, validating integrations and data migrations, supporting UAT, and generating contract performance insights.
Location: UK remote; must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom for any employer. Flexibility to work US hours is required.

What you will do
- Gather, document, and validate CLM requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Analyze current contract lifecycle processes and design scalable, compliant future-state workflows.
- Configure CLM workflows, templates, metadata, and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Develop test cases, conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and support post-go-live adoption.
- Produce training materials, user documentation, reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably focused on CLM or contract management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, process mapping, and CLM configuration.
- Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, Malbek, or ContractPodAi.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and contract performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and clients.
