Manager - Legal Operations Consulting (Legal Technology)

What you will do

• Provide consulting, advisory, and project management services to corporate legal departments.
• Develop and execute service offerings, project methodologies, and implementation strategies.
• Lead solution development, business requirements analysis, and solution architecture for client projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, execution, and client satisfaction.
• Develop individuals and teams while building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and technology vendors.
• Lead change initiatives, create project plans and presentations, and collaborate across practice areas.

Requirements

• 7+ years of legal management consulting and/or legal technology implementation experience preferred.
• Experience demonstrating measurable project outcomes and delivered results.
• Strong project, deadline, writing, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience with sales and business development, including scoping and proposal development.
• Ability to synthesize information, identify patterns, defend conclusions, and work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
